About Me,
Oh, & My Furry Friend's 😉🐶
From a young age, life threw me some serious curveballs. Losing my twin brother and nearly losing my own life to a severe strain of meningitis at just three years old marked the beginning of a challenging journey. As I grew, I faced the pressure of family struggles and had to step up as the man of the house, learning life skills on my own. My drive and strong work ethic became the foundation that carried me through some tough times.
Fast forward to 2012 when I lost my mum unexpectedly. This major loss triggered a disabling physical condition leaving me with serious health issues for many years. It left me with severe pain and mobility problems, relying on a cocktail of strong medications that only masked the problem, including steroids, anti inflammatory injections and 200mg of morphine twice daily. My life took a massive hit, and I was told I'd never work again, and advised to take early retirement under ill health, but I certainly wasn't ready to accept that fate.
In 2013, I met ex partner, and together for over 8 years we shared some of the best moments of my life, including adventures with our beloved dog Bella. But with all this my health struggles continued, and it was taking a serious toll on my body memory and personal life.
In 2019, we sadly lost Bella due to a fatal and sudden heart attack while on holiday together in Spain passing in my arms🥹. With the enduring stress of COVID 19, I hit a breaking point. Almost 5 years on I finally discovered natural health alternatives that work which have completely changed my life. In 2021, I welcomed my new dog, Neo, into my life. In 2025 I started incorporating powerful supplements—apoptogenic mushrooms, NMN, magnesium, turmeric, and Vitamin D3 & K2—into my routine, which had an immediate and surprising impact on my energy, focus, and fitness. Slowly but surely, I've been able to reduce my reliance on painkillers, something I never thought possible after what my doctors have been saying for so many year's.
This transformation inspired me to create Vital Re Genesis. Through years of testing products for myself and others, I've found a range of supplements and tools that have made a real difference in my life. I want to share these proven solutions with those who are searching for better, more natural alternatives to improve their health.
At Vital Re Genesis, it's about helping people take control of their wellness without breaking the bank on ineffective products that simply don't work. I've been through the struggles myself and understand the need for real long-term solutions. If you're looking for something that works—whether it's for pain management, energy, or overall health—I've got you covered. My mission is to provide real, tried and tested products with genuine feedback from people like you and me.
And of course, my journey wouldn't be complete without mentioning Neo, who has been a huge part of my health transformation. He's not just a dog—he's my motivation, my joy, and a reminder that anything is possible when you put in the work.
So, if you're feeling stuck or frustrated with your health, know you're not alone. I've been there, and I’ve found a way forward. Let me help you find your path to better health, just like I did.
"Bella was my beloved dog, for 8 and half years and we shared hundreds of unforgettable journeys—caravan trips abroad, walks in the Lakes, day trips to Blackpool, camping in Cornwall. From Paris to Benidorm, Bella was by my side, exploring all our favourite places together." R.I.P. my little princess, you'll never be forgotten 🌈🪽❤️
Bella was with me through some of the most challenging times of my life, including the sudden and heart breaking loss of my mum back in 2012. Bella was originally my mum's dog, but as she was still very young, only one year old at the time, I decided to take her in and care for her after my mum’s sudden passing. She then became my only living connection to my mum, forming a deep bond as we navigated through those difficult times.
Sadly, Bella passed away suddenly while we were on holiday in Benidorm. She had been born with a mild heart murmur, which unfortunately progressed throughout her life, and was ultimately the cause of her passing. I’m forever grateful that I was there with her, holding her in my arms during her final moments.😢
These moments were shared with thousands of people who followed our journey across various social media platforms, and the memories of Bella will remain in the hearts of everyone who knew her, forever.💕
In the coming weeks, a selection of those videos abroad will be re published for you all to enjoy, so stay tuned😉
"Neo is carrying on the legacy of my beloved Bella.🌈Now, with his adventures both at home and abroad, Neo continues to bring joy and love to everyone he meets, embracing new experiences while honouring the memory of Bella’s special place in our heart's."💕
